Blame!

I love the book Manifest your Destiny by Wayne Dyer. It is the first book I read on manifesting and would recommend it to anyone! Here is a little snippet from it about blame…

“Blame is one of the surest ways to stay in a problem. In blaming another, we give away our power. Understanding enables us to rise above the issue and take control of our future. Any criticism or judgement of another will render you powerless and incapable of solving your problems. Thus, never complain, never blame.”

Only when you take full responsibilty can u truly accept your full power! All energy put into complaining is draining the energy you have availale to make things the way you want them to be! x

Become a Conscious Creator of your own life!

Becoming a conscious creator means you are able to design your reality, literally Shape the world around you, fulfilling all your desires at will. These are godly powers and yet we do this in every moment of our life. Everything that happens in your life, comes to you from either a conscious or subconscious level of thinking. Every emotion is a vibration of energy and whatever emotional vibration you are emitting is deciding which vibrational situations you will then attract. There exists your surface vibration and then your inner vibration. Here just think of people you have met who are in complete denial of certain emotions. These are perfect examples of when people store a vibration at a cellular level. So every cell in our body is emmitting a vibration and your whole cellular vibration determines what you are attracting.

Every situation that comes to us simply shows us what our current vibration is. If you dont like what is coming to you, then it is within your power to change it.

In many life situations, we sometimes lack the emotional capacity to gain the best possible results from our circumstances. Some of us learn through difficult life experiences and make necessary changes to avoid further loss. Some habits, patterns and parts of our personality at times seem impossible to change. Sometimes we feel powerless in a situation because of the actions and choices of others. However, whatever others do, whatever happens, we can learn how to shape our own personality and transform and redirect our emotional power, sometimes to avoid repeating the same situations that have already happened and other times to actually transform those situations in that moment, or before the loss occurs. Many situations that are ongoing, like difficult relationships, financial status or mental health problems can begin to turn around once you take emotional responsibilty for them. Or you can use your emotional power to simply improve that which is already going well and move onto new levels of confidence, new levels of success, acheive even more fulfillment in personal relationships and so on.

Becoming a divine manifester means that you learn to harness your whole emotional spectrum – at will, in order to manifest the best possible results from all situations that occur in your life. The better you get at it, the more immediate the results. So, when a problem arises, you have the mental and emotional capacity to glide through it to greater things. The manifesting course I run teaches u how to generate each emotional experience at will so that when a situation arises, you can then choose an appropriate response.

Each of us have different levels of awareness, understanding, life situations and present capabilities. The course is tailored to suit all because it is totally applicable at any time in any place and can be used from any state of mind. The key is choosing the correct response for each situation.

So how do you become a conscious creator?

First of all you must free your mind from distractions difficulties, blocks, limiting beliefs and habitual or complusive thoughts. Through meditation you can become centred calm and clear and bring yourself ‘into the moment’ After centring yourself and connecting to source you then connect with your inner wisdom and refocus your mind positively upon the desired subject. There are two things that usually happen here. One is that as you attempt to focus positively, negative emotion arises. The other is that you begin to experience that positive energy filling your entire body and mind making you feel great!

The second option is preferable, the first is your resistance, fear or doubt rising to the surface. However it is better to be aware of this negativity. Both of these experiences are correct and manifestation working effectively. It depends where you are in relation to the subject. The negative emotion will arise if there is something for you too face and move through before you can actually manifest your desires.

This is often where people become stuck within the manifestation process as there is a need to ‘pass through’ an undesirable experience. The truth is that the undesirable experience is the creation of your previous thoughts and feelings generated from beliefs. At this point acceptance and talking responsibilty for your creation/experience is a key element to moving forward and through to greater things.

Here it is important to mention that manifestation requires that ALL your emotional energies are flowing, both positive and negative. If there is an experience you cannot pass through or an emotion that you cannot express or ‘be with’ you hold onto the vibration of that energy in your system and simply cannot truly attract the opposite positive experience from that situation. If you hold onto an emotional belief you will continue to manifest the hurt or pain generated by that belief.

You will also find that these blocks that we mentally hold onto create blocks in other seemingly unconnected areas of our life. Thus, One door can block many other doors. A bad relationship or difficult experience can affect us so strongly that it closes all other doors in our life, and one tiny positive experience can effect us so greatly that it begins to open everything else up for us.

There are things that happen in our life that we react to. The key is not to deny how you feel but experience your feelings, let them go and move forward! You can do this in several ways. the most powerful way is to experience your feelings though meditation, facing your darkness and being with it. Another way is through expression, which you can do alone or with those you trust. It is important here to note that one must not get stuck in expression, but learn to release and move on. If neither of these options are taken, then the universe will eventually bring along an experience that will unstick that blocked energy and it may or may not be to your liking! Facing things as they arise is always a good option but we have to work from where we are at and often you will find past experiences stored in your system that need to be released.

What is the manifestation Process!

Projecting thoughts and feelings into your reality to create a desired experience. we are already all divine creators and we practice manifestation at all times. However there are two forms of manifesting, concsious and unconscious. One is where your thoughts run on automatic mostly out of your control and your emotions are triggered according to conditioned beleifs that generate certain emotional responses. The latter is where you become conscious of your thoughts, learn to direct them at your will, are able to control your responses to external situations and become the master over your emotional experiences.
