Returning to your Centre

Your only focus in this moment is bringing yourself back to your center  so whatever is pulling you from your center you are now willing to release! You set the intention to release the thoughts and feelings that are disconnecting you from your truth. Begin to feel your body relax as you consciously soften your muscles and center your mind. You feel and visualise a white light flowing through your forehead cleansing away all thoughts, relaxing and refocusing your mind. You are willing to let go. You are able to let go, You can let go, you see yourself releasing and letting go. You are now letting go and finally, you have let go.
