How do they Work?
We all have within us the potential to manifest any personality trait, however over time we shape our personality through a continuation of choices and interactions with others. How you and others see you begins to define you. You may have passed through a forgetful phase in your life and now you and others see you as a forgetful person. You may have achieved great success so believe yourself to be successful. You may have become afraid of snakes, spiders or dogs and are now stuck thinking that you are afraid of these things. You may believe yourself to be shy, nervous, confident, outgoing, unworthy of love or money, comfortable with others or unable to be intimate. You may see these traits arising in certain situations and being blocked in others.
All of these personality traits are a choice based upon a belief of who ‘we think we are’. Some of these beliefs are conscious (in our current awareness), others are buried deep in our subconscious. For example, we may think we are confident when in fact our whole body is tense as we put on a brave face. We may think we are worthy and yet we are attracting abuse or financial lack. This occurs when our beliefs are buried out of our awareness. The purpose of these audio clips is to install a new thinking pattern in your mind that serves and supports you, gradually turning you into an emotionally grounded person who is able to achieve their full potential. In order for you to achieve your full potential in life, you need to embrace your full emotional capacity, so that you can pass through whatever arises with ease
How do you choose which Clip to use?
Sit for a moment in quiet and reflect upon your current life situations. Think about your personal relationships, the reactions you receive from others as well as your own internal reactions. Would you like to help yourself, help another person or both?
If you chose another person, think about how you would like them to feel, what you would like them to experience in their life.
If you chose yourself, look at how you would like to be feeling, what you would like to be experiencing and what you would like to achieve.
Now look at the list – Run your mind over the words quickly without paying too much attention to making a decision. When you come to the end of the list, run back up with your mind and choose the first three you feel drawn to. Alternatively you can choose whatever you like!
How to Use the Clips
Start with three energies. Choose a time slot of 9 minutes that you can commit to every day or at least every other day. Listen to these energies during this time slot. As you listen connect with your emotions. The results lie in your ability to really feel what is being said and to really believe in what you are saying. As you listen to the clips imagine and visualise yourself living out these energies, being aware of your posture and how you would interact with others and your environment.
Every time you listen to an energy, you refocus your mind in the direction of your choice. Listen to the clips as often as you like on top of the regular commitment you have made.
After 3 weeks, asses yourself. Have there been internal changes? Are you taking new inspired actions inline with your new thinking process?
If you are experiencing results – fantastic! – These energies will continue to build as you gain confidence in your new thinking abilities.
Continue to listen as often as you like to these chosen clips, but now only have one committed time slot of 9 minutes per week as opposed to daily.
Now look at the list again and choose three more energies to work with. Work with these energies in the same way and continue the process.
After much practice you will be able to create the energies without the clips.
Not Experiencing Results
Whether you consciously see results or not, the work you are doing is not in vain. The new thoughts will be entering your mind and doing their work at changing your thought processes, however there will most probably be a large opposing belief that you have spent years creating. This belief will need many types of energy in order for you to fully move through it. I advise that after three weeks, you put aside your first energies and choose three more energies to support the ones you have already chosen. You may need to add persistence, courage or faith for example to support energies of freedom, flexibility and abundance. Work with the new energies in the same way. Again after 3 weeks assess your situation. Continue this process until you feel you reach a breakthrough.
Be aware that as you begin to create positive energies, old emotional beliefs will come up to be recognised and released. Here you may need to choose energies such as communication, release, support or strength as you pass through this process. You see, whatever arises in your world you simply need the necessary emotional energy to move through it.
Continuing the Process
Your goal is to have a full understanding and empowerment of your emotional capacity and how to apply this to your daily life. Over time and with practice you will begin to know which energies you need to work with and at what time.

If you feel stuck – meditate on Moving Forwards
If you feel depressed – Choose Strength, Laughter, Appreciation, Love or Inspiration.
If you feel lonely – Focus on Connection.
If you feel confused – Listen to Awareness, Clarity or Listening.
If you feel Angry – Choose Forgiveness, Peace Calm or Justice.
If you feel helpless – Focus on Willpower, Strength, Flexibilty or Recognition.
If you are experiencing rejection – Focus on Self Worth, Appreciation or Acceptance.
If your being controlled – Focus on Freedom, Standing up For yourself or Letting go.
If you keep failing – Focus on discipline, Focus and Assertiveness.
If you are poor – Focus on Abundance, Sharing and Gratitude.
If you are under pressure – Create Space, Time, Release, Compassion and Understanding.
If you are being persecuted or jugded – Create Self Acceptance, Personal Power and Integrity.
If you are afraid – Focus on feeling Safe, Secure and Supported.
If you want to be loved – Focus on Receptivity, Love and Appreciation.
There is an answer to every situation and you simply have to keep filling yourself up with the emotions you need to attract and create the life circumstances you desire!
